Although I think you can wear pretty much anything there (not shorts, but jeans on up) I think you would be more comfortable in business casual attire. From a man's perspective, nice dress pants, dress shirt, with or without jacket, is fine. Suits and ties are not required. I'm not an advisor on women's dress codes, but correspond to the suggestions on men's dress up level and you will be fine.
